Publisher data visibility settings can be managed at the advertiser or publisher level, and filtered directly in the dashboard. Our default setting is Limited— it helps publishers course-correct during a campaign, without giving away sensitive benchmarks.
Three (3) Possible Publisher Data Visibility Levels

- Full (Numbers and Dots) – Grants publishers access to full metric values. The publisher is able to see complete performance numbers such as ROAS, CPA, & Conversion %, along with dots indicating if the campaign was in the top, middle, or bottom 1/3 of all of the advertiser’s campaigns.
- Limited (Default) Default* – Shows directional dots for key metrics. The publisher can see limited results. They won't be able to see raw performance numbers, but can see dots indicating if the campaign was in the top (green), middle (yellow), or bottom (red) 1/3 of all of the advertiser's campaigns.
- None – Publishers cannot see any performance data for this advertiser’s campaigns.
*For all campaigns, the default publisher view is Limited (Dots).

Filtering campaigns based on Publisher Visibility Level
If you want to see all the campaigns based on publisher visibility level, press “+ Add Filter” and select Publisher Visibility Level then a drop down should appear with the current Publisher views used and the number of campaigns with that view.

In this example, there are 175 campaigns where the publisher has no access to the performance data.
