The Associated Team Members feature allows agencies and publishers to grant limited access to specific team members, ensuring they only see advertisers relevant to them. This is especially useful if your team manages multiple advertisers but doesn’t need shared access across all accounts.
Access Levels Explained
- Admin: Full access to all advertisers and user management tools. Can invite, disable users, and reset passwords.
- Standard: Full visibility across all advertisers, but without admin controls.
- Limited: Access restricted to only the advertisers they are associated with. Cannot manage team members or settings.
💡 You can see role definitions by hovering over the tooltip next to each user in Team Management.
How to Assign a Team Member to an Advertiser
- Navigate to Account > Team Management
- To invite a new team member:
- Click Invite Team Member
- Choose their role: Admin, Standard, or Limited
- If you select Limited, you’ll be prompted to assign one or more advertisers to that team member.
- To edit an existing user:
- Click Edit next to their name
- Change their role to Limited (if needed)
- Assign advertisers in the Associated Advertisers field
You may also manage associations in the Advertiser Logins tab
- Navigate to Account > Advertiser Logins
- Click Edit on a specific advertiser
- Use the Associated Team Members field to confirm or update who should have access to that advertiser.
Note: The associations between team members and advertisers are synced across both views (Team Management and Advertiser Logins)

Where Limited Users Will See Changes
Once a team member is marked as Limited and linked to specific advertisers, they will only see those advertisers across the following sections:
- By Campaign
- Overview & Reports (including SmartPromos)
- Tag Setup
- Airchecks
- Public API
Note: Team members associated with an advertiser will receive email alerts only for this advertiser, including alerts for tag integration issue.
Who Can Use This Feature
This feature is available for agency and publisher accounts. It is not applicable for advertiser accounts, as the functionality is designed for managing multiple advertisers at scale.
