You can now schedule recurring emailed reports directly from the Overview tab to keep your team, clients, or partners updated and aligned on campaign performance, without manual follow-ups.
How to Schedule a Report
Step 1: Generate a report
- Navigate to Campaigns > Overview
- Click on ‘Generate Report’ in the top right corner
- Select the kind of report you want to generate. Eg: By campaign and month etc.
- Customize the columns you want to include in your report
- Click ‘Generate’

Step 2: Schedule the report
- After the report loads, click the Report icon in the top right
- Find the report you just generated and click the three dots (⋯) next to it
- Click Schedule

Step 3: Set the schedule
- Name the report
- Add recipient email(s)
- Choose the start date i.e. when the first report will be sent
- Select a cadence: daily, weekly, or monthly
- Choose the period you want the data for: prior week, month or custom
- Choose the Date Range for each report:
- Start Date Fixed, End Date Moving → great for “campaign-to-date” snapshots
- Start & End Date Moving → weekly/monthly rolling window

Step 4: Save & view scheduled reports
- Click Schedule to confirm
- You can view or manage your scheduled reports by clicking Scheduled from the same menu
Pro Tip: Reports can be sent to anyone—even outside your organization—so your collaborators stay in the loop without constant manual reporting.
Once scheduled, your reports will go out automatically so you can spend less time pulling data and more time acting on it.
