If you’re looking to measure a simulcast show (e.g. podcast and YouTube), the show should appear as a simulcast in Podscribe. If the YouTube version has not yet been added in Podscribe, publishers can follow this article to add the YouTube show. Please note that only publishers have permission to make this update, so advertisers or agencies need to contact adops@podscribe.com for assistance.
Follow the steps below to ensure each audio episode is properly matched with its YouTube simulcast episode.
Head to the Configure tab in the left sidebar:
Click the 'Edit Simulcast' button (small pencil icon) next to the show artwork.
Click Search by YouTube Channel/Playlist URL.
Paste the YouTube URL and click Link
It should update immediately. Then click Configure Episode Matching
Click the pencil icon to select or edit the matching YouTube episode, then click Save
Once done, click the X button in the top right corner.
After refreshing the page, the show should be updated as a simulcast with episodes having two versions - an RSS version and a YouTube version:
